Booking Your Event
To confirm your event, please follow these simple steps…
1) Call our banquet coordinator to verify that the date is available, (518) 283-0202.
2) Confirm your event with a deposit of $200.00 and return your signed contract.
3) Select your menu choices and any additional options you would like to add no less than 48 hours prior to your event (if possible).
4) A guaranteed minimum guest count is requested 24 hours prior to your event. We will accommodate additional seating as necessary. The client will be billed based upon final attendance.
5) All Events have a 3 hour time frame.
6) CLOSED ON MONDAYS
Prices are subject to 8% New York State Sales Tax and 18% Gratuity. Facility Surcharge of $50.00 - $125.00 will apply. All Prices are subject to change. Thank you for considering Paolo Lombardi's Ristorante for your upcoming event.
