Q: When does my order need to be placed
by?
A: Within 5 full working days prior to your event.
Q: Is there a deposit for my event?
A: Yes, there is a 10% non-refundable deposit of your
total bill due 1 week prior to your event.
Q: Is there a delivery charge for the food & materials
needed for my event?
A: Yes, there is a $30.00 delivery charge for any order
below $300.00.
Q: Can I have alcohol served at my event?
A: Yes, we are able to obtain a temporary license at an
additional cost.
Q: Are you able to provide tables & chairs for my event?
A: Unfortunately, no. Though we are able to provide
a listing of others that do.
Q: When will you remove all of the materials used for my
event?
A: Shortly after the conclusion of your event.
Q: What if we have breakage or damage to any items used
for my event?
A: If any damage is to occur to any property belonging to
Paolo Lombardi's Ristorante it will be added to any final
invoice for proper restitution.
Q: Can we have colored linens or napkins?
A: Yes, at an additional change.
We will do our best to accommodate any special
requests you may have.
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to
reserve your order.
There will be a $30.00 delivery charge for all orders under
$300.00. All prices are subject to change &
to NY State 8% sales tax. |

Thank
you for considering Paolo Lombardi’s for your off premise
catering event. Out expertise is in creating a
memorable event for you and your guest. We provide
catering accommodations for any size event. We have a
wide variety of menu options and in most cases can create
any dish you would like. Out catering department also
provides chinaware, flatware, glassware, linens, all
catering equipment required and also if needed, staff to
service your event.
Please contact one of our event coordinators Tuesday -
Thursday 10am to 5pm for further assistance in creating your
catering order.
