Albany Dining & Banquet Policies
We require 25 guests and a minimum spending
in order to accommodate any day time event.
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is
required to book the time and date of your event. Should
it become necessary to cancel your event, $100.00 of the deposit
covers administrative fees and cannot be returned. The remaining
$100.00 will be refunded, only if another event can be scheduled
for that date and time.
At time of booking you will be asked for a
planned guest attendance. This planned guest attendance will
determine your location for your event. You will be responsible
for a minimum spending for that location.
Final payment will be due at the
conclusion of your event unless prior arrangements have been
made for billing.
We require your menu selections two weeks
prior to your event. This is to ensure proper food and beverage
purchasing and preparation for your event.
A final guarantee of attendance is
required 72 hours prior to your event. This number will be
considered your guarantee and is not subject to downward
revision after submission.
The host of the party is allowed
to arrive 30 minutes before the function to decorate. They may
be accompanied by guests totaling, equal to or less than, 10% of
the party size (ie: 50 guests means 5 guests to help decorate).
If more time is needed, there will be a charge for arriving
earlier.
The standard time limit on our banquet
room is 4 hours. You may purchase additional hours at $50 per
hour. Additional time is subject to availability, so please
consult your banquet specialist.
If alcoholic beverages are to be served on
the restaurant's premises, Paolo Lombardi's will require that
all beverages be served by restaurant personnel. Paolo
Lombardi's reserves the right to refuse to serve anyone under
the legal drinking age of 21 years or to any person who appears
to be intoxicated.
All menu prices are subject to change
without prior notice and are subject to an 8% New York State
Sales tax and an 18% gratuity.
A $100 room charge is applied to all
party's hosting hors d'oeuvres and cocktails only.
Paolo
Lombardi's welcomes all types of decorations ie: balloons,
plants, flowers, favors etc. Unfortunately confetti is not
allowed (it is not vacuum friendly).
If hiring a professional decorator for your
Albany dining event, please have the decorator contact the
banquet specialist directly to schedule arrangements for setup
of the party decorations. |
